About Bland Air Flow

Spencer got his start in HVAC back in 2019 in Wilmington, North Carolina, but he’s originally from here—he grew up and graduated from Sharpsville, PA. These days, he lives in Hermitage with his wife Krista and children Alina and Leo.

Over the years working in residential HVAC, Spencer kept seeing the same issue over and over, people would spend a lot of money on brand-new systems, but their homes still had rooms that were too hot or too cold. That’s when Spencer realized the problem usually wasn’t the equipment, it was how the air was moving through the house.

Bland Air Flow was started to fix that. Instead of pushing full system replacements, Spencer focuses on making homes actually comfortable by adjusting airflow and adding zoning where it’s needed.

Outside of work, Spencer enjoys spending time with family and working on projects around the house—pretty much the same mindset brought into the business: fixing things the right way and making them work better.
